In collaboration with Leader Enterprises, we developed The Ultimate Displaced Fan Sweepstakes for DIRECTV. The goal was engage fans who live far away from their favorite team’s hometown. There’s a San Diego man who loves his Cincinatti Bengals so much he cordoned off part of his horse property in order to raise a baby Bengal. So you think you’re a fan? Fans were challenged to tell us, show us, or convince us that they were the Ultimate Displaced Fan. Winners took home a trip Super Bowl XLIV in Miami and got a chance to meet their favorite NFL player. Embracing NFL fanatics across the world this campaign was extremely successful and still lives on today. NFL Sunday Ticket subscriptions continue to increase and the social connectivity with DIRECTV fans has generated a loyal following.
